Shipping & Delivery

 

We always bake to order and our cookies are placed in heat-sealed bags for optimum freshness.

​We bake cookies on Monday to Friday (unless we have mutually agreed with a customer to bake on a weekend)​ - We don't post cookies on a Friday, as there are still too many delays with the post. If the cookies were to get delayed and do not arrive on Saturday, they would then sit in the sorting office Sunday and wouldn't arrive until Monday. Orders are baked and delivered within 1-2 working days (other than postal no postal cookies on a Friday, as mentioned). However, if you would like your order fulfilled on a specific date, then please get in touch via email, Facebook or Instagram BEFORE completing your order.

​We ship through Royal Mail 1st Class . *We cannot guarantee delivery dates as we don't deliver ourselves, and use 3rd party shipping.
